Software built around your business

We build software that moves businesses forward.

LightPRO creates custom web applications, APIs, e-commerce platforms, and operational systems — from CRM and ERP to specialised MRP solutions.

Solutions

What we build, and what it takes off your desk.

Six categories, one approach: understand the operation first, then build the system that carries it.

WEB-APPSlot 01/06

Custom Web Applications

Purpose-built platforms designed around each client’s workflows, users, and business goals — not around what a template happened to allow.

Replaces off-the-shelf tools bent into a shape they were never meant to hold.

API-INTSlot 02/06

APIs & Integrations

Reliable connections between applications, services, databases, and the business systems already in place.

Replaces re-keying the same data into two systems because they cannot talk.

E-COMSlot 03/06

E-commerce Solutions

Online shops with tailored operations, integrations, administration, inventory, and reporting.

Replaces a storefront that stops at checkout and hands the rest back to people.

CRMSlot 04/06

CRM Platforms

Systems that help teams manage customers, communication, sales activity, and follow-ups.

Replaces a shared inbox, a spreadsheet of contacts, and whoever remembers to follow up.

ERP/MRPSlot 05/06

ERP & MRP Systems

Operational software for inventory, orders, production, resources, planning, and reporting — the systems that decide what gets made, from what, and when.

Replaces a planning board, a stock sheet, and a production schedule only one person can read.

AUTOSlot 06/06

Business Automation

Tools that replace repetitive manual processes, fragmented workflows, and disconnected spreadsheets.

Replaces the half-day every week someone spends moving numbers between files.

Selected work

Systems running in real operations.

Two named client systems, and one capability that runs through most of our work. No invented figures — what is below is what the work is.

E-commerce · 26 marketsSlot 01/03

Jungheinrich

A single commerce platform serving 26 country markets.

The brief
Sell online across 26 national markets. Selling into that many territories means each one carries its own language, catalogue and commercial rules, and every one of them has to be right.
What we built
A custom e-commerce platform operating across all 26 markets, with catalogue, market configuration and administration held in one system rather than duplicated country by country.
What it does
Catalogue and market configuration, localised storefronts, and order handling, administered across the whole territory from one place.
How it is structured
One platform, 26 country markets, one administration surface. Country-level differences are held as configuration rather than as separate systems.
MRP · ManufacturingSlot 02/03

Profilia Infissi

Production planning for a made-to-order manufacturer.

The brief
Windows and doors are made to order, so planning production means resolving each order into its materials and its work before anything reaches the floor.
What we built
An MRP system covering material requirements, production orders and manufacturing planning.
What it does
Material requirements, production orders, and planning for the manufacturing operation.
How it is structured
Orders, material requirements and production planning held in one system, from order intake through to the floor.

APIs & integration ecosystems

Operational software fails at the seams — the shop that does not know what the ERP knows, the warehouse that cannot tell accounting what shipped. We build those connections as part of the system rather than as an afterthought: shop to ERP, ERP to accounting, warehouse to carrier, internal tools to all of it.

Listed as a capability, not as a named project.

Process

Four stages. One card moving across the board.

You always know which stage the work is in, and what has to be true before it moves on.

  1. Stage 01

    Discover

Understand the business, the users, the requirements, and the workflows that already exist — including the ones nobody wrote down.

  2. Stage 02

    Design

Define the solution, the architecture, the interface, and the delivery plan, so scope and sequence are agreed before code.

  3. Stage 03

    Build

Develop and test the software incrementally, in pieces you can see working rather than one delivery at the end.

  4. Stage 04

    Improve

Deploy, monitor, support and extend. Operations change, and the system is built to be changed with them.

About

A software design and development company, built around practical work.

LightPRO is a software design and development company focused on practical digital solutions. We combine technical expertise with an understanding of business operations to build systems that are useful, maintainable, and ready to evolve.

The work usually starts in the same place: a process that runs on spreadsheets, an internal tool that has outlived its usefulness, or two systems that were never designed to speak to each other. We are interested in what actually happens on the floor and at the desk — because that is what the software has to survive.

Delivery is founder-led. The person who scopes your project stays involved in building it, which is why we take on work we can do properly rather than everything we are asked for.
